I tabbed this out as best as I could. I'm not really a fan of modern rock, but for some reason,
The White Stripes just stand out more than other bands. They are a good band, and this is a
pretty bad ass song. I hope everything is here and that I help someone out. Feedback is welcome.

Good tab.Very good.I just started listening to The White Stripes. They are awsome.I also just figured out this song.I don't know it I am 100% right on it but, I do think I am close. You are a little wrong on the INTRO.I also play the Chorus different, but I still like your tab. O!!! and one more thing..........
!!!!MARK TREMONTIE RULES!!!!!!!

a----------------------
b--5--5-8-5-3-1--0-----
thats it just play the song normally
the tab is great, you got all the chords right, but the only thing is that there IS a bass in the song (jack white found someone to play for this song)youll have to trust me, i kinda got connections with the band.
honestly guys, it IS NOT a bass. It IS an electric guitar with an suboctave pedal. There are wet (synthesized lower octave notes) and dry (unaffected) signals, and Jack simply turned dry all the way down and wet all the way up, making a thuddy sound like a bass. You could have figured that out from reading Guitar World magazine.
look steve i think jack_white_jr would know his own song..
hay i think both steve and jack got a point peaple can play bass on a guitar so there both rite as in it could work either way but jack is probibliy rite for a bass being the ariginal way
Yeah, its an electric, not a bass. Jack said that he never used a bass for the album.
jack never used a bass
try the tab like this
e-7--7-10-7-5-3-2------------

in my opinion it sounds better
:.:.:white stripes rule:.:.:
oh yeah and my tab is right, cause if u look at the video carefully, ull see jack only use his finger on the "e" note, and he never uses any other chord, so making me right, he also moves his hand down to the end of the end to the 2'nd fret which makes me right agian
If one thing happens before I die, I would like for it to be that you people learn how to use proper english.
Also, Jack_White_jr, you don't have "connections" to the band. Jack is using either an octive pedal or his Airline has something similar to a suck-switch.
Or, (this is a novel idea, I know) it could be that jack White can play BOTH guitar and bass, and they just layered the tracks in the studio. They did this with the keyboard in "I'm Finding It Harder To Be a Gentleman". THat's Jack White playing the keyboard, not some guy they got.
I hope all of you learn to read, and then learn to shut up.
why does everyone get so pissed at eachother...its just a tab
just ask jack...
try this tab
