Nice, but I think you should play like these in the intro:
e-------------------------
b-------------------------
g---5------5------5-------
d---5--5-5-5--5-5-5--77777
a---3--5-5-3--5-5-3--77777
e------3-3----3-3----55555
And sometimes even double on the C chord..
I changed my mind..
It's just the first chord that isn't played twice... all the other chords are played twice...
Doesn't seem right. I've seen the video clip of them playing live and after the C5, the strings are played all open in between
I'm pretty sure this isnt in standard tuning.....I think its in open A....
And he plays it with a slide?
Dont really know...but thats how they did it live anyhow...
I forgot to mention,
I am sure, GOD is always sure of everything.
And open A is EAEAC#E.
Thanky

Song is in standard tuning, and the powerchords C and Gsus4 are used, but the key to this song is the syncopation - jack loves to use mutes to separate his chords.
So the main riff is:
E----------------
A-5----x---------
D-5----x--5---x--
G-5----x--5---x--
B-3----x--5---x--
E---------3---x-- (x4)
E----------
A----------
D----------
G-7--7-7---
B-7--7-7---
E-5--5-5--- is the A5 chord
you need for the rest of the fill in, but before he goes back to the C/Gsus4 he does a hammer off from the 5th fret on E to open string (on runs 1,2,3 but doesnt on the 4th).
From this you should be able to pick it up - the solo is just insane though!
Good luck!
