Sorry that I couldn't figure out more of it, but all i have is a guitar,
not a violin or cello.

Pretty close... Actually, on this song, the guitar should be in standard tuning, down one whole step (DGCFAd), and the chords are minor. The key is still Dm, but it's fingered Em and Am instead of D and G. So: Em Three heavy stones keep it from Am Floating, weigh it Em Down to the Am Bottom, food for the fishes (etc)
