Here is the intro to Tripping Daisy's Raindrop. I didn't actuall figure
all of this out, it was mostly David Lowenfels(ellipsis@anc.ak.net), but
I'm posting it and adding a few of my own ideas of how it is played. The
first thing to know is that the tuning is different, the high e string is
tuned down to a D. There are two guitars playing slightly different
things, making the song sound really cool:
Guitar 1
D-3-3-3--3-3-3-8-8-8-8 3-3-3--3-3-3-8-8--8--8
B-3-3-3--4-4-4-9-9-9-9 then 3-3-3--4-4-4-9-9-11-11
G-3-3-3--3-3-3-8-8-8-8 3-3-3--3-3-3-8-8--8--8
Guitar 2
D-3--3-3-8--8--8--8
B-3--3-3-11-11-11-11
G-3--3-3-8--8--8--8
That's what I have from memory. I'll try and figure out the rest, but
that is probably the coolest part of the song. Mike Farmer
<mfarmer@mail.coin.missouri.edu> transcribed this, David Lowenfels
figured it out(see address above).
