As far as I can tell, the whole song follows that pattern, except 
for the bridge near the end (Oh, and I...) I think the chord progression
for that is Bb F (repeat about three times) then end on C.  Not too sure
on that part.

Alright, I know there's not much here, but maybe this'll be a foothold
for somebody who wants to dig a little deeper.  This song is a great
reminder to keep things in perspective.  If you have any questions or
