The Wild One, Forever
Artist: Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
Written By: Tom Petty
Tabbed by: Adam Cady and David Jones
This is all my own work.

This song is from the Anthology - Through the Years Album. Its great with
two guitars. One playing the chords and the other doing a simple picking
pattern.

Chords:
D* is basically a D with your pinky on the 3rd fret of the first string.
Verse 1:
         D* D D* D
Well the moon sank, as the wind blew...
        D* D C
And the street light slowly died...

Verse 2

Chorus:
         C G D
But then something I saw in your eyes...
repeat
    C Bm
I'd never get over how good it felt when you finally...
A
Baby those few...

For the picking pattern all you do is play the first, second, and third
strings back and forth with the D* chord and Dsus2. Simple and it sounds
good.
