Message-Id: <9403091312.AA06920@pop.mcs.dundee.ac.uk> To: jamesb@nevada.edu Subject: TAB:Little Suzi by Tesla Little Suzi by Tesla from the album Mechanical Resonance Another Tesla number. I was asked for this last year so here it is. This is as close as I can get, but I really haven't got a clue how it should be played, so I guess you could call it my own arrangement! The only bit which I'm not happy with is the base note D , which goes on throughout the intro. I'm not really proficient enough to pick it properly, but if you know the song then you'll know what I'm talking about. If anyone wants the main chords to the song, or the solo, I'll see what I can do. Anyway, hope someone enjoys it, and I hope I can do some more before I graduate and don't have access to the internet for a while. Cheers! Archie. _____________________________________________________________________________ All rights Tesla sometime in to 80's I think. Love the intro...but I am a beginner and to stupid to figure out the chords for the rest of the song on my own.Sounds easy but any help would be appreciated.
After the intro, it starts with A and D Barre progression and using G Barre D Barre A Barre and then drops to an E,play around with these and see if it helps
I screwed up with my first comment, I was trying to remember from memory, must be old, but after intro, the chord progression is A-G-D-G-A; then G-D-A, then E-G-D-A
Try not to use barre chords and use fingered chords. Barre chords make it sound too plain as well as empty.
E--5----|--3-2----|--3-5----|
B--5----|--3-3----|--3-5----|
G--2----|--0-2----|--0-2----| This is the chords that you should use for the strumming after the intro.
D--2----|--0-0----|--0-2----|
A--0----|--2-x----|--2-0----|
E--x----|--3-x----|--3-x----|
E--5----|--3-2----|--3-5----|
B--5----|--3-3----|--3-5----|
G--2----|--0-2----|--0-2----| D--2----|--0-0----|--0-2----|
A--0----|--2-x----|--2-0----|
E--x----|--3-x----|--3-x----|
oops...
the part that comes after the intro goes like this...
E-5----3|-2----3|
B-5----3|-3----3|
G-6----0|-2----0|
D-7----0|-0----0|
A-7----2|-0----2|
E-5----3|-0----3|
the strumming is easy to figure out.
excellent tab... my fingers are now very sore.
