Section 1 is for someone who wants to an acoustic version,
Section 2 is for a band who plans on playing the electric
version.

I think you'll find the staind version is tuned down! And if you knew anything about music and guitars you will find that some artists tune down their guitars to accomodate their vocals. Not all singers can sing as high as the music requires!
