Okay, i love this song as performed acoustically by the pumpkins.
somewhere, once upon a time, somebody had posted a great version of
the song as done by billy live somewhere, and they had the presence
of mind to watch his hands and his tuning.

	the tuning is the same as above, and mostly the chords are all
correct.  only difference is, the original posting had the cool little
descending note thingy going on, so here it is...
