um, your dead wrong i don't see how you can go from fret 9 and 3 at the same time

the 09 doesnt mean fret 9,from tab looks like its got 8 strings, he is saying the 09 means strum that chord twice..notice the chorus doesnt have 09 on it, cuz u strum it 4 times instead..hope that helps ya.
