the tab is close but not correct the first chord is g sharp minor with the root on the 6th fret g sharp pick as follow g sharp b g sharp d sharp then slide finger from g sharp on the d string to f sharp on the 4th fret on d string then e on the 7th fret of a string same lick as written then repeat the last chord starting on e 7th fret then slide down half step n play d sharp on a sting a sharp on 6th string g natural on 5th string c sharp on 6th fret on 4th string its a chord but pick in that order
after looking at this more there r some chages to be made on the chord progression as well if u need help e mail me an i will give u my im
