The previous version I posted was WRONG.  Someone with the songbook gave me
the chords, and I have since decided that they are completely off.  So,
with some help from a friend, we've got the following chords:

Chords: (all barre chords)

D     x57765    (root A)
Bb    688766    (root E)
C     81010988  (root E)
        ^ ^
      These are 10's, not 1' and 0's


I'm remembering this from memory, so they MIGHT be a little off on the
fingerings (I have trouble visualizing them without my guitar).  Try them
out and get back to me.
