I noticed that "Second Guessing" from Reckoning is still missing from the REM
archive. Here it is as I play it, and it sounds okay to me.

Most chords are played with the high E and the B string open. For example,
the E chord is played:

                          E A D G B E

                          0 7 9 9 0 0

Likewise the F#m is played:

                          E A D G B E

                          x 4 4 2 0 0

And the B would be played:

                          E A D G B E

                          7 9 9 8 0 0

The A chord is best played like this during the intro and the verses:

                           E A D G B E

                           x 0 2 2 0 0

And like this during the "oh-oh" part between verses.

                           E A D G B E

                           5 7 7 6 0 0

(I'm sure there's an easier way to convey this--like knowing the names of
the chords--but I hope everyone can follow this)

It's close enough for me to sing with it, and it sounds right to me. Any
corrections are welcome.
