Been Thinking 'Bout You - Radiohead

Top song, quite easy to play too (once you know how; this would never have
been written if not for Chris Coutts, g93c6293@giraffe.ru.ac.za (MR LB
COUTTS)) Thanks to all on alt.guitar.tab for caring.

Been Thinking 'Bout You - Radiohead

G C/G G C/G G
Been thinkin 'bout you, your records up here
G C/G G C/G F#/D
Your eyes on my wall, your teeth are over there
              Em F#/D G
But I'm still no-one, and you're a star
        C/G G
What do you care

G C/G G C/G G
Been thinkin 'bout you, and there's no rest
G C/G G C/G F#/D
Should I still love you, still see you in bed
                     Em F#/D G
But I'm playin' with myself, what do you care
                        C/G G
When the other men are far far better

C B/C C B/C C
All the things you got, all the things you need
C B/C C B/C B/Csus
I bought you cigarettes, I'll bribe the company
C B/C C
To come and see you, honey

G C/G G C/G G
Been thinkin 'bout you, so how can you sleep
G C/G G C/G F#/D
These people aren't your friends, they're paid to kiss your feet
                           Em F#/D G
But they don't know what I know, why should you care
     C/G G
When I'm not there

G C/G G C/G G
Been thinkin 'bout you, and there's no rest
G C/G G C/G F#/D
Should I still love you, still see you in bed
                     Em F#/D G
But I'm playin' with myself, what do you care
         C/G G
When I'm not there

C B/C C B/C C
All the things you got, you'll never need
C B/C C B/C B/Csus
All the things you got, I'm planning to bleed to,
G
Please you

Great Job Tanx

this tab is ridiculous, i don't get how you play a g chord with your root note as an f#, it makes no sense, and how do you play an f#/d chord with an f as your root note....need I correct your other chords or can you figure it out from here? ciao baby!!

I agree with jobu, I can't decipher this strange way of tabbing. For the people who have figured this out, mind posting it in the tab we all know and love - described in the ironicly placed link on the top of the page: How to read tabs?

which btw does not describe how to read this kind of tab, nor have i seen it anywhere...i just don't get it but this one is everywhere...

Those are the fingering positions, not the notes. I reckon the song sounds better played with the alternative G chord - 320033 - or as Alistar Walsh would put it - 210034 - hope that helps :)
