it, or tweak the upper part of chords.

In Bloom					This is the mane riff played
========					throughout the intro.  The
						chorus is a bit different, 
----------------------------------------	but I think it uses the same
----------------------------------------	chords.  There is no guitar
----------------------------------------	during the verses, only bass.

I'm not sure, but Ithink it means for you to let the chord ring before you strum the next chord.

let it ring means to just strum the note and let it play or make sound for a couple of beats instead of playing other notes. just let it ring. you know?
