I love this song so much! It's a classic Muddy Water's track..

It can't be beaten in the blues riffage department. I couldn't 
find ANY guitar tabs so i did one myself! The beginning bit is 
as close as i could get to it. I recommend improvising around 
it, rather than playing exactly what's written.
