Hmmm. There are a few errors in this tab I think. Still Pinter has done a good job or tabbing out his intepretation of the song.

If the guitar is tuned a half step down, the solo becomes easier. In addition, the opening harmonics are tapped harmonics I am not sure this tab makes that too clear.

Also, the bit after the first tapped section, where it sounds tapped again, is in fact normally played notes along the 12, 15 and 19 frets (in tuned down half a step mode).Don't forget, Eddie has a reach up to the 22 fret from the 12 fret comfortably.

I think I will attempt to write my own ideas on this song in tab form.Watch this space or email me for it :)

I believe the whole song is tuned a half step down, so I wonder why do you have transcribed the solo the way you have, the song's key is E. Isn't it??

some guy May 7, 2003, 17:01

hey, could somebody tab the beginning of the song and the rest of it too? that would be awesome.

SUM 41 August 5, 2003, 18:16

Mirko February 25, 2004, 11:56

This is for all yuo, kids taking care of music biz!
Remember the very guitarist, hard rocker and metal too, use to play the guitar tuned an half step down, for 3 symple reason:
1. It's help the singer during the execution.
2 It extend the guitar's lenght.
3. It's very dificcult to soloing on a song out of the POINTS, more if you're improvising on it.

Bye Bye and try it again, and again, and again.... dude.

Mirko February 25, 2004, 12:02

This guitarist played this song when Slash was trying to go with the C cord (in 1° position)!!! It was the 82" or 83" when Michael calls the best Metal Guitar Player, on the scene, to play this very devasting solo...so he called Edward Van Halen, of the Van Halen brothers group, now you can tell Michael it can be all you want, but's not a stupid. Ah, the singer of Edye group was David Lee Roth..call it less then!!

SLASH IT'S NOT ABLE TO TAPPING (NEITHER IN THIS WAY)!!!

ARIEL May 11, 2004, 10:40

this is alright

another one July 25, 2005, 22:29
