I haven't been able to find anything on Kid Rock's "Lonely Road of Faith"
from the "Cocky" cd so...
The entire song with the exception of Kid's typical rap/rock jam in the middle is
C9 - G - D2x's (hammer on the high e string 3rd fret each time)

It seems like power chords on the middle jam but I can't figure it out.

try using a C in place of the c9
I think that the C sounds closer but the c9 will work too. good job!!
