I'm no expert guitarist or anything, but I tried out the chords you wrote down
here and I think they're one step too high.  The chords I found that seemed to
work were "F, C, Dm, Am, Bb, C, F" for normal verses.  As for the
others...well, here I'm going to re-write the chords over the verses and you
tell me what you think.  (I played these chords with the song sung by Tony
Rich, and I found it quite accurate.)
