This is a beautiful song that Keith recorded at his home studio in 
1987.  He fingerpicks the song, but I can't figure out the pattern 
he uses.  If you know how to do it, please let me know.  Anyway, 
here's the chords.  Listen to the recording to get the timing down 
correctly.
