Jack only plays two notes during the strumming pattern, which is fast down/up.
The mute is played in same tempo as the seven other notes in each chord variation.
The way Jack gets the sounds he makes is by muting all the strings with his strumming palm
as he picks out the A and D strings in a raking motion.
Follows chord progression of: C, C/B, Am, F.

They say Taylor was a good girl
Never one to be late
Complain,express ideas in her brain
Working on the night shift
Passing out the tickets
You're going to have to pay her
If you want to park here

Well Mommy's little dancer's
Quite a little secret
She's working on the streets now
Never going to keep it

It's quite an imposition
And now she's only wishin'
That she would have listened
To the words they said
Poor Taylor

At the chorus, the strumming pattern continues on, joined by the playing of C, G, Am, F.
Either can be played, or both at the same time (like the ablum version).
On the G and F, emphasize the high e notes. Chorus ends on Am. “2000 miles (Am) from here.”
(the C he plays is alittle tough, so practice the form)(you can also use C: x32010)

    C G Am F
e|-------3---------1---------------------------
B|--5----3----5----1---------------------------
G|--5----4----5----2---------------------------
D|--5----5----7----3---------------------------
A|--3----5----7----3---------------------------
E|--3----3----5----1---------------------------

She just wanders around
Unaffected by the winter winds air
She pretends that she's somewhere else
So far and clear
Around 2000 miles from here

The rest of the song goes the same up until the ending progression.
The ending progression is just as listed already on your website. No changes need to be made.

This tab is a really good one thank you so much but there's only one thing I had to modify (I don't know if it's good english, 'cause I french): In the CD the chorus is played like that:
C:-0- G:-3- Am:-0- F:-1-
-1- -0- -1- -1-
-0- -0- -2- -2-
-2- -0- -2- -3-
-3- -2- -0- -3-
-0- -3- -0- -1-

Enjoy!
