almost right, but the second chord in the intro (and as it appears subsequently throughout the song) is not a powerchord. this is the correct fingering:
D---7
A---5
E---7
also what you have as hammer-ons between the 6 & 7 on the g-string are actually bends.
also the D powerchord (last chord in the intro main riff) has an extra finger across the E string to give it a heavier tone. it should look like this.
G---7
D---7
A---5
E---5
You can leave off the 7th fret on the G here as well - it makes no difference under all the distortion anyway.
