check your chord Gm7 what you have is a "G" a Gm7 is
003333 or 355333
#1: The C in verse-line 2 should be G (matches the pattern illustrated by the A after modulation) or better yet, Em
#2: Kenny, the chord is a GM7, not a Gm7, the Major seventh is the 2 (F#) on the high E (which, unlike a natural seventh, is descended from the octave by a half-step instead of a whole step).
