Hello there. This is the first time I'm submitting a tab to this site. 
Although I'm not sure if this is actually correct, but from what I hear 
from my acoustic guitar, it sounded very close; but of course one still 
needs to sing. If you do see problems with the tabs, please email me, 
or post comments here. Remember, use acoustic guitar to play this song!

The chorus part is actually:

Which means like this:

As for the rest, I'm not very sure as I haven't look into deep yet.
