Chords figured out by Michael Jorgensen from Elvis Costello's 
new album When I Was Cruel as compared with the live version from the live 
BBC Broadcast in November 1999.

Note* The album version is much longer than the live versions available prior 
to the release of "When I Was Cruel."  Extra verses and choruses have been 
added to the album version.  The album version also seems to be moved up a 
half step from the many live versions I have heard prior to "When I Was 
Cruel."  Also the E7 on the chorus may not be exactly correct, but it sounds 
great on my 12 string!
