I think it's standard tuning (EADGBe), but it may be Drop D (DADGBe).
I've tabbed the chords in standard, but obviously you just raise the
number by two for any fret on the low E string if you play it Drop D.
I can only hear the low D on the Dm in the chorus anyway.
