my guitar instructor and I figured out the chords for "shelter" by 
corrosion of conformity. I think for sure 100% that the chords being
strummed on steel pedal guitar by Bruce Smith are bar chords 
fretting down the neck without taking your fingers off to make...

your chords Em G Am C although different sounds good you could 
write a different song so I almost thought there was a different 
version to this song or maybe I misunderstood what was meant.
