I have made some altercations to what beatlejess@yahoo.com has done and I also put the chords above all the lyrics in the song for ease in playing.

Here are what the chords are for the song.  I remember when I was starting out, I wished someone would do that for me!

Listen to the song, and you will be able to tell where to slide and if you bar the G chord (334553), the effect will be a lot more like the original.
