...uh not sure if your tab is right or not but it looks very confusing as it is and when i play it sounds way off.
Billy Bob is absolutely right, the chords are wrong,
The correct chords are G,D,Am,
these chords are the same for both the Clapton and the Guns N Roses versions.
i think you are wrong this the right chords

you are all wrong. try using C,G,Dm then C,G,F

the chords alternate as G D Am and G D C, and of course there are fills also..
i always played G,, D ,Am
G,D,C but i think theres no hard fasr rules with it been messed about with for yrs take care
