It is said by some Blake-heads that if you can play Diddie Wa
Diddie, you can play any Blind Blake song. It is said by other
more cynical fans that if you can play Diddie Wa Diddie, you've 
already played most of Blind Blake's songs. Indeed, Diddie Wa 
Diddie is an excellent place to start a Blind Blake lesson 
because it involves some great signature licks and eccentric
syncopation that help to outline the true genius of the "pluck-brush"
piano style guitar playing that only Blind Blake ever truly mastered.
It is basically a I-IV-V progression in C with some passing tones
and melodic versing.
