It doesn't sound heavy enough.
Try:

------------------
---------------3--
-2-2-2-2-2-2---3--
-0-0-0-0-0-0---1--
Probably not right, but sound OK on my guitar.

i saw it in the video of symptom of the universe live in 1978
It goes...
E5,E5,E5,E5,E5,E5,Bb5
E5,E5,E5,E5,E5,F#5,Bb5
Then
Bb5......D5.....A5
That's the way I've always played it. If it doesn't sound heavy enough reminder Tony Iommi tunes down to C#/Db.
For ultra heavyness use two notes...don't use octaves in any of the chords.
Don't play the e5 chord in the seventh position play it in the second position (E,B)
I don't know any of the other riffs.
**EDIT** my last comment had a mistake it goes from Bb to F# in the intro.
It goes...

If anyone has the tabs for Tony Iommi's crazy jazz section in this song...please let me know.
