FALLING FOR THE FIRST TIME
By Barnaked Ladies
Tabbed by BORFIN (borfin@yahoo.com)

This is taken from a live performance at The Great Guinness Toast in
the Roseland Ballroom
in New York City. It was a benefit concert for lukemia resarch, and
sadly, it was on the
same day that George Harrison died of cancer. This is just my own
interpretation of what I
saw them play, but it sounds right. Anyway, on a ligther note, here's
how to
play the song:

Standard tuning
CAPO 2nd fret (all chords relative to capo)

Chords used:
E:	022100
B:	224442
A:	002220
C#m:	446654
F#/D:	200232
F#m:	244222
G#m:	466444

INTRO: E B a couple of times, then:

VERSE:
E B A
(I'm so cool...)
E B C#M A
(I'm so smart...)
E B A
(I'm so brave...)
E B F#m G#m B
(I'm so fly...)

Play intro chords again then repeat same progression for other verses.
You'll have to listen
to the song for the lyrics and pacing.

CHORUS:
E B F#/D A
(Anyone perfect must be lying...)

That's pretty much it. BNL songs are fairly easy chord-wise, but they
are so cool. Enjoy!
