Asian Dub Foundation
New Way, New Life
from the album Community Music

A fantastic song by the best British band of all time. I'm not entirely sure
what parts of this are actually played on the guitar and which are
keyboards/samples, but I tabbed it all out anyway. There's probably a ton of
errors too - if you spot one, mail me!

Intro:
------

If you have an Indian drone effect, use it. It sounds great.

E-----------------------------------------
B-----------------------------------------
G-------------------7---------------------
D---5-7-5---5----7h9--9-7-9----------------
A-7-------7--7----------------------------
E-----------------------------------------

I think that when the drums kick in the sound is doubled with a pitchshifter
set an octave up.

Repeats a few times, then plays this before going into the verse:

E-----------------------------------------
B-----------------------------------------
G-----------------------------------------
D---5-7-5---5-----------------------------
A-7-------7--7---5---7--------------------
E-----------------------------------------

Verse:
------

The guitar isn't that audible over the verse, but I think this is it. It
sounds like he uses a flanger.

E-----------------------------------------
B-2-2--2----7-7--7------------------------
G-2-2--2----7-7--7------------------------
D-2-2--2----7-7--7------------------------
A-----------------------------------------
E-----------------------------------------

Chorus:
-------
E-----------------------------------------
B-----------------------------------------
G---------------------------------0--2----
D-4-4--4--4s11-11--11-------0--2----------
A-5-5--5--5s12-12--12--0--3---------------
E-5-5--5--5s12-12--12---------------------

Those last five notes are sheer guesswork.

Bridge:

E---------------------------------------------------------------
B---------------------------------------------------------------
G-4-------------------------------------------------------------
D-5----5-6-7------------5-7-5-4-------4-----7777-5-4-------4----
A-5--7-------7h6h5--5-7---------7-5h7----7-----------7-5h7---7--
E---------------------------------------------------------------

E-------------------------------------------------------------------
B-------------------------------------------------------------------
G-4-----------------------------------------------------------------
D-5----5-6-7------------5-7-5-4-------4-----7777-5-4-------4-5---5-7
A-5--7-------7h6h5--5-7---------7-5h7----7-----------7-5-7-----7----
