This version is how Jason Ross said to tune the strings.  Instead of using
the basic  E-A-D-G-B-E, he said use D-A-D-A-A-D.
This allows for chords that ring out a lot.  Also makes it real easy to
play this song.
I suggest getting a tuner that contains all ntoes, sharps & flats.

* Quick note about D2-chord.  While the guitar is strumming the D-chord, you
  can hear an extra note being played.  I play this by using the 4th fret on
  the 3rd-to-lowest string which is a D-string.  Listen to the song to get a 
  feel for it.

* The intro is played using the D-chord & switching to the D2-chord.  This
  just involves changing 1 note.  Listen to the album closely.  Also, use
  the D2-chord when picking up.  For example @ around 0:05. *
